THANKS FOR BEING HERE! As your Esthetician, I‘m all in when it comes to you and your skin! My skin services are result-driven luxury treatments aiming for your skin success! I, addition to my treatments, I offer award winning pharmaceutical grade skincare lines for at-home regimens outside the treatment room. I pride my esthetics practice on taking an effective, step-by-step approach to your individual skin needs. Throughout my esthetician journey, I’ve learned to fully understand the skin by treating client concerns using my knowledge, skill, & professional grade products. My Esthetician journey started in 2017 after completing 750 hours & graduating from The Salon Professional Academy in Evansville, IN. I’m currently licensed in Illinois & Indiana. Fun fact: I’ve worked as an Esthetician in Florida too! Fast forward to February 2023, I opened the doors to my very own solo practice, known as, Claudia Rae Skin Parlor. ~Why did I choose to be an Esthetician/MUA?~ For as long as I can remember I’ve been skincare & makeup obsessed. Having a natural talent for anything beauty & a fascination with how to perfect the skin, I quickly understood that skin health was the key to everything. ~ They do go hand in hand after all. More fun facts: I‘m the oldest out of my 4 siblings, coffee lover, thrifter, and always busy creating or decorating something! When I was younger I wanted to be an interior designer or artist of some sorts. I have now poured those passions into my business & personal life. If I’m not at home, the only other place you’ll find me is at work or spending time with my family! I’m a homebody most of the time, but do enjoy spending time in nature (with SPF on of course). CANCELLATION POLICY
Claudia Rae Skin Parlor is more than understanding of situations that may arise that conflict with your scheduled appointment & are always taken into consideration when done so in a timely manner. To Cancel your appointment you must do so 48-72 hours in advance. Cancellations that occur during the 24 hour window of your appointment will be charged a fee of 50% of the scheduled services) & must be paid before rescheduling. Cancellations that occur 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, must pay 25% of the scheduled service(s) & will need to be paid before your next appointment. Clients that NO-SHOW (fail to show up to their scheduled appointment) is not tolerated and will be charged a no-show fee, which is 50% of original cost of scheduled service (s) & banned from booking. Late arrivals of 10 minutes or more are not tolerated and will be considered a NO-SHOW and charged 50% of scheduled service(s). Services will not be performed or shortened if late to your appointment. If Claudia's schedule allows time to provide your service on that day, & Claudia is able to accommodate- you can receive the service, but will be charged a Late Arrival fee of $20. Claudia Rae Skin Parlor prides itself on high-quality service, which includes on-time appointments and providing efficient, one-on-one sessions, and thorough sanitization after EVERY client leaves the room. Timing is everything, your late arrival cannot infringe on someone else's booked time or your providers time set for sanitation or personal break time.
